Victory Camps Head Coach Rick McArthur

Rick has over 30 years of volleyball coaching experience. Players he coached have achieved the following:

• Canadian University and Ontario College All Star status
• Many full ride scholarships to U.S. schools
• One player won three NCAA Div I championships
• Four players achieved All American status
• Five players have played for the Canadian National team
• Several player have played professionally in Europe
• Two Canadian National Beach Champions

As a team coach, Rick has won:

• Five OFSAA Gold and three OFSAA Bronze
• Multiple Ontario Club Championships with Peel Selects
• Four "Final Four" finishes at the Canadian National Championships
• Gold Medal, as Team Ontario head coach
• OVA Coach of the Year

His techniques, progressions and homework assignments allow players to develop or improve the skills and speed necessary to compete at the highest level. The program is intense and compressed but the rate of improvement is remarkable.
