Receptionists – Greet Academy players and sign them into the facility for their games. Collect fees from pay-as-you-play players. Record the results of league matches. Some computer skills required. Light cleaning at the end of each shift.

Concession Servers – Sell food and refreshments. Clean area diligently. Pleasant, helpful disposition required. Area to be spotless at the end of the shift. Deliver some food and refreshments to the Nice Play Patio area as needed. Clean up the Nice Play Patio area at the end of each shift.

Teen Coaches – Teens, are you interested in coaching young players in the house league programs and possibly some summer camp sessions? Training will be provided including specific coaching techniques, progressions, drills and technical development for each skill. Experienced players are preferred for this role.

Adult Coaches – Experienced adult high school and club coaches are required for summer camps and clinics of various formats. Compensation determined by experience and demonstrated competencies. Coaches must be willing to learn technical elements that will be taught to all coaches who will work at the Academy by the Academy’s Head Coach, Rick McArthur. Consistency of technical skill development must be maintained from one program to another and from one age group to another.

Internship Opportunities - Here is a great opportunity to intern with Ontario’s Premier Volleyball Facility. As an intern, you’ll be able to work and gain valuable experience at many different facets of a small business. Opportunities can include event marketing and coordination, league management and promotion, facility management, and customer service. Internships begin January, May, and September and are based upon a 4-month term. Victory’s internship program is a great way for post secondary students to gain valuable experience in sport management, business administration, or any related field. This is a non-paid internship opportunity with potential for full time employment after term of internship.
