This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our website, located at www.victoryvolleyball.com or www.volleyballacademy.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or using the service through this Site, you agree the collection of use of information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Site.

We collect personally identifiable information.
In general, our Site uses an on-line registration form so that you can register for any league, tournament, clinic, camp, book tutoring sessions or any other event or activity at the facility at 7093 Torbram Rd. The form requires that you provide us with personally identifiable information such as: your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and credit card number).

We do not use collected information for soliciting or remarketing.  All information is used only for matters concerning events at Victory Sports Academy/Victory Volleyball Academy.

Non-personally identifiable information.
Victory Sport Academy Inc. uses non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on our Site, to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Site and improve Site-related services and features.

Personally identifiable information
Victory Sport Academy Inc. uses personally identifiable information collected from you to complete transactions initiated by you (such as the payment for registration in any event or activity. Your personally identifiable information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary.  Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, and so forth) is used to bill you for event registrations made by you.

New informatation may be provided to you.
You may, from time to time, receive information from us regarding upcoming events including camps, clinics, leagues, special guest clinicians, services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. Also, we won't share your email address with any other companies.  Victory Sport Academy Inc. also may use your personally identifiable information to “pre-populate” forms that are used by the Site to facilitate transactions with us.

Service Providers
We work with third parties who provide services, including but not limited to website hosting, registration processing and fulfillment, credit card clearance, e-commerce affiliation, data analysis, emailing and other services of an administrative nature. Personally identifiable information, including financial information, is shared with such third parties for the purpose of providing such services.

Sale of Our Company
As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, all of the customer information including both financial records and consumer information that we have collected may be transferred to the new company.

Refunds

Requests for refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Generally, no refunds will be forthcoming from Victory Sports Academy Inc. without a doctor’s certificate for medical issues that prevent you from participating actively in the program for which you have registered and paid. Some life situations will receive consideration for refunds i.e. death in the family or other significant family issues.
