Summer Adult Volleyball Tournaments

Victory Volleyball Academy Presents:

Summer Slam 2010

Summer Slam is Victory's annual tournament to commemorate the start of the FALL indoor season. The format of the tournament is COED 6's and it takes place the last weekend of August, every year. Recreational & intermediate games take place on the Saturday and competitive games take place on the Sunday and are refereed. The garage doors will be open and we will be having a backyard tailgate BBQ party outside. This is an 18+ event.

Dates: Recreational & Intermediate – Saturday August 28, 2010 Competitive – Sunday August 29, 2010 Sign-up before July 25th, 2010 and receive 6 FREE drop-in volleyball passes for you and a guest. Each pass is valued at $24. Registation Deadline: Sunday August 15, 2010

Victory Volleyball's 3rd: "We Dig 4 Play" Tournament

Victory is hosting another Beach tournament before the summers end!

When: Sunday August 22, 2010 - 11am Start
Where: Diamond Beach at Centennial Park - Etobicoke
Format: 4's with at least one female on the court
Price: $120 + HST per team; $30 + HST per individual
Early-Bird: Register your team before August 6th and Save $20 on your team registration ($100)

Club Scrimmages 2010–2011

Victory Saturday Scrimmage allows teams to play more than 8 games in four hours or less. Coaches can choose to play all players on their team, experiment with line-up variations, serve reception patterns, new play formations and so on, without dropping in the OVA ranking structure.

Format – Teams are organized in pools of 5 and will play all the other teams in the pool on 2 courts with the coaches, players or parents of the non-active team refereeing the two on-going matches. The teams play as many games as they can in 40 minutes and move on to the next opponent. There are no play-offs.

Registration – Dates TBA. Registration closed. Registration will automatically close after 5 teams in each division have registered and paid. No refunds for teams that drop out for whatever reason.
